I worked at Smith & nephew ENT as a production person. Jim was president of the Company(division) I worked for. He was a great leader, a straightforward leader. I was instrumental in bringing a ceramic bone implant for the middle ear to fruition for the company. From raw material to finished implant. 8 million$ a year with 4 people involved in production. I was recognized for my contribution and given job as mfg. eng. associate. He was instrumental in making ENT a great place to work!
