I had the pleasure of working under Bruce's leadership over 20 years ago. He created an environment that allowed me and others to maximize our potential. He consistently encouraged me to embrace change and not be afraid of the possibility of not succeeding.

Whenever I communicated with Bruce - professionally or personally, I always felt that he was not only sharing his knowledge but also looking to learn. His ability to listen and learn is a characteristic that I have continuously worked to improve during my career.

While managing or mentoring others, I have applied many of the leadership skills which Bruce shared and continues to provide---Yes, I still leverage him for guidance:).
