I had the pleasure of working for Jim at Mead Johnson. He was one of the most influential mentors in my professional life. As a leader, Jim created a crystal clear vision of what success looked like for the organization. He then aligned resources to accomplish the goal. Jim's strongest attribute as a leader was his ability to coach. He always saw the positive in people and knew how to improve performance by building self confidence. Jim believed in having fun and enjoying life. I am thankful that our paths crossed.
I published my first book I am beyond excited.
